  • Alternative Revenue Sources- Explore alternative revenue sources that do not infringe on property rights.

Champion Local Businesses & Economic Development

  • Reform Liquor Liability Insurance- Repeal SC Liquor Liability Insurance Requirements S.116 to encourage the economic growth of local businesses and prevent well-funded multi-state operators from eroding our unique culture.
  • Support the Growth of Small Local Businesses- Reduce taxation and licensing costs to enable talented locals to open and sustainably grow their businesses.
  • Endorse the No New Tax Pledge- Foster the economic development of our local businesses by reducing their tax burden, which also helps keep costs to SC consumers down.

Criminal Justice & Police Reform

  • Qualified Immunity- Repeal laws shielding officers who violate the rights of the very people they swore to protect and serve.
  • No-Knock Raids- Ban the practice to prevent the tragic deaths of innocent people.
  • Civil Asset Forfeiture- End the practice of police seizing money and property from private citizens based on mere suspicion.
  • Protect and Serve- Restore the motto and de-militarize the police force as it has no place in our constitutional republic.

Expand Medical Freedom and Fight Unconstitutional Mandates

  • Protect Our Right to Choose- Advocate for medical freedom so that "We the People" have the power to decide what medicines or treatments they choose or choose not to take.
  • Empower Businesses- Pass legislation that provides businesses the freedom to respond to crises as they see fit, preventing the devastation seen during COVID that resulted in hundreds of businesses having to permanently close, economically devastating business owners and employees alike.
  • No More Mandates- Ban unconstitutional federal medical mandates which infringe on personal and economic freedom.

Protect 2nd Amendment Rights for Future Generations

  • Promote Gun Safety- Support educational initiatives to prevent the #1 cause of accidental deaths due to inadequate gun safety and handling knowledge.
  • Safeguard Gun Rights- Oppose any laws conflicting with the U.S. or State Constitutions regarding gun rights.
  • No Red Flag Laws- Ban frivolous, unconstitutional "Red Flag" Laws in South Carolina.

Build on the Compassionate Care Act (S. 423)

  • Decriminalize Medicine- As a Cannabis Specialist and someone who has personally witnessed the healing and comforting powers of Cannabinoids I will work to ensure your right to consume what you will without government interference.
  • Body Autonomy- I will fight to stop the government's oppression of those who choose to consume a medicinal plant, through introducing legislation decriminalizing and legalizing the production of cannabis in South Carolina.
  • Unlock Job Growth- This will not only create more jobs but also generate a surplus that can be used to mitigate property taxes and the many other taxes and fees the government has imposed that burden our people
